Dive Oahu is seeking an experienced and passionate PADI Course Director to lead and enhance its professional training programs. In this key role, you will conduct Instructor Development Courses (IDCs), preparing candidates thoroughly for the PADI Instructor Exam while upholding PADI standards. You will also mentor PADI Instructors, supporting their professional growth and helping them achieve their career goals in the diving industry.

The position requires maintaining strict compliance with PADI standards across all training programs to ensure safety, quality, and professionalism. You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced training programs that keep the team ahead of industry trends and best practices. Candidates must hold a PADI Course Director certification and have extensive experience running successful IDCs and mentoring instructors.
