Retail Sales Associate Full Time

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Dive Oahu. If you’re passionate about scuba diving and snorkeling and enjoy helping customers find the perfect gear, this is a great opportunity to combine your love for the ocean with a rewarding retail career.

In this role, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and provide knowledgeable advice on scuba and snorkeling equipment, ensuring they leave with the right gear for their adventures. You’ll also keep our store well-organized and visually appealing by arranging displays, stocking products, and maintaining a clean environment. Handling sales transactions accurately and delivering friendly, attentive service will be key to creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.

We prefer candidates with previous retail experience, especially in outdoor or sports-related settings, and familiarity with scuba and snorkeling gear is a strong plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our business and customers.
